When we say support, we mean anything regarding your website that we can help you with including but not limited to: Hosting, website updates, website design, graphic design services for web and print, website fixes, troubleshooting problems on your website, how to questions and concerns. This is the most personalized service for brokers you can find.
Yes your premium hosting account will have a monthly backup of your WordPress site, however it is highly recommended that you keep your own backups on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as well.
Your broker website packages are not locked into any contracts, however why would you go anywhere else when you are getting a great personalized service and product from us. We do offer high level SEO/SEM and Social Media Contracts for Brokerage firms.
We have different plans for each broker or firm. For general broker plans please view “Pricing” in the main menu above. If these plans don’t suit your needs don’t worry just contact us and we’ll setup a customized plan for you.
If you want to migrate your existing website to our hosting platform or have it redesigned and transferred we can certainly help with that. There is a transfer fee depending on the platform we are transferring it from. Contact us with the details of your site and what you would like to do and we will find a solution for you.
Yes, each broker hosting account comes with the included domain option. 1 domain is included in the price of your hosting. Contact us for additional domain pricing. Domains are through Enom one of the biggest domain service providers in North America.
Your broker hosting accounts come complete with email services. You can either use the Free web mail programs available within your hosting Cpanel or use a third party email service having all your emails come through that.
Absolutely, today’s websites have to be responsive and mobile friendly to serve the emerging mobile market. You get a fully responsive website with all our packages for no extra charge.
The amount of visitors to your site depends on the amount of bandwith your account has on it. Our basic packages have enough bandwith to support over 1000 visitors per month to your site. Additional bandwith can be purchased for a minimal fee if needed.
Site speed depends on many factors such as number of images on a page, number of videos on the site, amount of functions and applications running on the site and number of visitors at one time on the site. There are numerous other factors that can affect site speed, however when designing your website we make appropriate recommendations to each broker to maximize their site speed and design it in a clean and simple fashion.
It depends on the package you choose. The lowest package comes with a whopping 5GB of data storage and the middle and largest package comes with 10GB and 20GB of data storage respectively. Just to give some perspective a 5GB flash drive can hold over 60,000 images at a decent size of 50kb per image.
Yes you can! We’ve especially built it on WordPress so that it’s easy for you to make simple adjustments in text or replace images through the content editor in the backend of your website. For more advanced changes like design adjustments, specific placement of content or setup of certain functions for your website we are always ready to support you. We know how important graphic design is for real estate agents and brokers so we do offer each client graphic design services for web and print. We can even print the products for you if needed for an exceptionally low price. Please see our Print Products page for more information on this.
We supply Business Cards, Flyers, Brochures, Letterheads, and Door Hangers. If you have a special print product request please get in touch with us.
Wordpress is the most popular and versatile open source CMS on the planet. Not only does it have an extensive library of information and how to documentation but a simple Google search on the problem you are having will produce a ton of results from users who have probably had the same issues and resolved them. Of course you can always contact us for any support issues you need.
This depends entirely on the plugin you choose. There is a cost associated with certain plugins but there are thousands of Free plugins on WordPress that do wonders for websites. Some plugins come with a paid and free version and most times the free version is more than enough.
